Oliver Berquez


Born 1980 in Kent, Oliver has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and has a background in professional sport, having played football for 20 years.

He achieved a full Diploma with Premier Global (one of the top fitness qualifications in the UK)  https://www.premierglobal.co.uk/ and his extensive knowledge covers all areas of fitness.

Oliver’s philosophy is to motivate and encourage clients to achieve their lifestyle goals. Training should be fun, varied, and creative and no two clients are the same so variation and adaption is key to ensure each individual achieves their full potential.

Paul Warner

Head of BlitzFitMe Suffolk

Born in 1974, Paul is a Level 3 Advance Diploma Personal Trainer and has been in the fitness industry for 10 years.

He is always looking at ways of developing himself and improving his knowledge so that he can offer the best service possible to his clients.

Paul’s philosophy it to make sessions tough, fun and ensuring all abilities are catered for.

Tom Colville


Born 1998 in Hackney, London, Tom has always had a huge passion for everything health and fitness, partaking in all sports and activities while playing football at a high standard since he could kick a ball.

Studying Sport & Exercise Science for two years gave a great grounding for him to go on and achieve a full Diploma with Premier Global and then continuing his education into gaining a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning qualification and a Body Type Nutrition Foundation Certificate.

Tom believes training should have a balance of everything, it should be: varied, challenging, interesting, sustainable, specific and engaging, but above all, you should enjoy doing it.  Challenge yourself to be the best you can be!

Andy Barker


Born 1994 in Maldon, Andy has been working in the fitness industry for 3 years. He is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, also qualified to teach Circuits, Spin and Boxing.

Andy creates programs for clients on a daily basis, always relating them to his clients’ needs and goals. His philosophy is to keep training new and fresh, while still keeping it fun and achievable.

Kirk Game


Kirk has various fitness qualifications including Gym Instructor Level 2, Client Lifestyle and Fitness Assessment Level 3 and Nutrition & Weight Management Level 3.  He is currently undertaking the Elite Personal Trainers Level 4 qualification.

Kirk was previously a professional footballer who played for Southend United FC and Colchester United FC.  Upon retiring from playing Kirk became a football coach and has achieved the prestigious status of UEFA ‘A’ Licence Coach, which has seen him coach in the UK and USA.

Kirk’s philosophy is to help others gain a healthier and fitter lifestyle through support and education.  It’s not just personal training, but about personal transformations.  It’s about facilitating psychological and physical behaviour changes and backed up with good nutritional advice and guidance.
